Direct, manage, lead and develop the Dallas / Fort Worth Area Sales team including 23 Sales Reps, Strategic Account Managers, and Account Leaders. Improve and Implement the business development process targeting strategic accounts. Align sales resources towards the effective and compliant delivery of targets, tracking and reporting performance. Mentor and coach the individual Account Representatives and Account Managers in reaching and exceeding their objectives and goals. Work with Operations to coordinate capital resources, equipment and products to provide flawless execution for our clients. Collaborate with our global resources and our customers to add and drive value in order to deliver the lowest cost per BOE for each and every client.

Manage, lead, develop and align the resources of the sales organization to implement the unit’s business plan. Provide direction on recruiting and deploying technical sales resources for the area. Develop account plans with Account Leaders and Technical Advisors. Collaborate with the Business Development Team regarding pricing, technology, new business relations, and customer and competitor activity. Mentor and coach the individual Account Representatives in reaching and exceeding their objectives and goals. Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of business strategies and goals for increasing profit margins and gaining market share. Analyze progress of accounts and help development Account Representatives to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective sales efforts. Responsible for measurable assets such as department budgets, equipment, and staff.
