Working on the Office of Information Technology contract at the National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Executive Office. Design and Develop .NET applications in C# and VB.Net. Adhere to W3C standards, Microsoft Patterns and Practices and 508 Compliance for government web sites. Design and develop SQL Server databases as well as SQL Server Administration. Familiar with using analytical tools to enhance performance issues and execution bottlenecks within SQL Server. Development tools include Visual studio 2003-2013, SQL Server Management Studio 2005-2008 R2.

Web development and E-Commerce. Designed and coded web sites for ICS Solutions and the sister company HuntingNet.Com. Designed and Administered SQL Server 2000 databases as well as IIS and DNS configrations.
