Responsible for coordinating the volunteer effort to reach voters on behalf of Peggy Sattler's re-election campaign during the Ontario provincial election, 2022. Recruiting by phone, text, and email was central to the duties of the position. Reaching out to known volunteers and party identified likely volunteers and finding a role in the campaign that fit their personalities and abilities maximized visibility and face to face contact with voters. Training volunteers for door to door canvassing, alongside daily briefing and debriefing ensured high quality voter contact results under conditions without supervision. Coordinating the large public sign effort for the campaign. Training volunteers to erect large signs on public property, requiring the use of unfamiliar tools and a familiarity with new city bylaws restricting placement of the large signs on public property. Tracking the erection sites for each sign so that they could be maintained during the campaign and taken down easily within the required 72-hour window after the campaign.
