2024-present, Regional Project Development Team Leader at Trane Technologies------2021 - 2023, Director of Construction at Odyssey Hotels. I was involved in the overall construction, renovations, and CapEx projects for our hotels. I was also instrumental in the management of our facilities.------In 2020, I began a contract with ABB as the Facility Construction Project Manager. My role developed into a position of Facility Projects & Building Sustainability Manager. As a global manufacture of VFD drives that I've been specifying for 20+ years, and a respected company in their field, I was fortunate to gain the experience with not only direct facility management but also to fuel my passion of sustainability.-------In 2019, I started Guth Engineering Consultants LLC. Working direct with Owners, Architects, General Contractors, and Sub-Contractors, designing HVAC systems and providing MEP coordination for any and all types and sizes of projects. GEC also provides consulting for Facility Managers, as well as performing Facility Management Services. With offices in the Milwaukee and Stevens Point areas, we can cover all of Wisconsin with little to no travel costs. What can we do for you?-------The following 10 years, I worked in the engineering field, working on projects ranging from K12 schools to high reliability critical facilities such as large scale data centers. The experiences working with many different levels of clients as an engineer in lieu of a contractor, was a quite different experience. I was exposed to and found that I excelled in communication with my clients, whether they were Facility Managers, CEO's, board members, city officials, or global executive management. After my time in this phase of my career, I boosted my experience with high reliability facilities, senior level management, business development, financial responsibilities, multi-venue and multi-site clients, and international/global clients. This time also reinforced what my skills were and what my passions are. Problem solving, coordinating multiple disciplines, facility management, and environmental sustainability was something that I wanted to include in my final stage of my career.-------For 17 years after college, I worked in the design/build mechanical contracting. I wore many hats including engineering intern, energy engineer, mechanical/HVAC engineer, estimator, project manager, supervisor, CAD & Engineering Manager, and commissioning agent.
