Responsible for automating redundant tasks for Network Engineering. Involved the gathering of business requirements, researching available API endpoints, CLI commands and developing scripts for engineers to run. Automated against DNS servers, firewalls, switches, routers, and other devices as requested.

SME responsible for leading the design and support for the enterprise Cisco Video and Voice infrastructure working with Cisco CUCM, Expressways, TMS, TMSXE and SX, DX, WebEx Kit devices. I also support the automation efforts for the team making tasks more efficient by leveraging the SOAP and REST API'S available in Cisco UC applications with Python.

· Provided consultation services and enhanced Salesforce database configuration to make the system more efficient and user friendly for the company. Developed enhancements for the user interface, provided training and built Donation reporting.
