Responsible for the presentation scheduling functions across Eurosport’s linear channels. Working with the local brand, media planning and commercial planning teams, to produce live sport schedules to air in Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Using WON scheduling system.

Day to day management of the presentation & media planning teams working across CEMA & Western Europe’s linear TV channels. A main focus of the role required working as a project manager, seeking out best working practices and opportunities to improve/implement company systems and processes.On the ‘SharePoint promo make list’ project team (CEMA, Western Europe and Asia). As system administrator, this involved assigning user rights/access across all departments involved in the short form process (presentation scheduling, programming, media planning, production, creative, marketing and edit village). Key responsibilities involved providing first line support, troubleshooting, regression testing and implementation of upgrades/changes to Zeus scheduling and promo optimiser. This resulted in the successful integration of a new system, helping configure and support the users across all teams in the roll out.‘Re-billing’ project lead across the (CEMA, Western Europe) programming and presentation teams. Working closely with Zeus scheduling system users, to gain the right data (use of ‘lean’ techniques) to help implement the necessary Zeus system enhancements, resulting in time saved and process improvements.

Working across key business initiatives, managing a large team of presentation planners and helping to project manage multiple channel migrations throughout a restructure. Whats’ On scheduling specialist, giving system support/training to new and existing staff across multiple regions. Carrying out system demonstrations to other UK/International broadcasters. Regular WON management of configuration, issues sets and user access. Along with problem solving, the position relied on being the main point of contact with all internal and external brand and operational teams. Working closely with the programming, media planning, language operations & ingest/delivery teams, ensuring that business and OfCom compliant schedules went to air.

Camden Town London

Responsible for managing the day-to-day expectations/ deliverables for the presentation schedulers. Creating and applying WON user guides with training sessions for both existing and new staff, across international territories. Working with the media planning team to develop and implement continuity, navigation, and on screen graphic plans.Whats On’ scheduling system super user. Managing regular regression testing and implementation of upgrades to WON and third party systems.Day to day planning of the flagship channel MTV UK, as well as working across other Viacom channel brands (Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Spike TV). As MTV ‘On call’ contact, the position required out of hours support with any last minute changes. Updating channel playlists for all obituaries and live tent pole events (MTV Music Awards, VMAs).
