As an experienced SME consultant and trainer, I have specialised in SME upscaling and downscaling on projects in more than 30 different countries. These involve setting strategy, developing business plans, installing systems and procedures, developing new products, helping to set up an SME departments and training staff including top management.I am presently working on diverse projects in Jordan and Myanmar, including specialist marketing strategy training at the Yangon University of Economics..I give consultancy and training on SME strategy, SME finance, Business analysis, Business development, Management skills, Sales and Coaching.I have worked on assignments with partner banks in Russia, Kuwait, Croatia, Malaysia, Borneo, Iceland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Mongolia, Albania, Armenia, Syria, China, Ethiopia, Bulgaria, Ghana, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Turkey.I am the course tutor for "Certified Expert in SME Finance"​, one of Frankfurt School's e-learning courses. I authored the majority of the modules.
