Deputy Director for a staff of 58 people in three divisions providing Air Force wide information access programs, IT compliance with statutes, resourcing, governance, and portfolio management functions for the Air Force CIO. Responsible for producing prioritized and executable resource investment options; collecting and reporting the $7 billion Air Force Information Technology (IT) presidential budget; developing and implementing results-oriented governance; performing Air Force IT system investment reviews; and, facilitating, validating, and reporting compliance with all Federal/DOD/Air Force IT policy, Congressional mandates, and legal obligations. Oversaw execution of a $150M internal budget.

Directed United States Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) global enterprise information technology network operations and information security functions. Responsible for developing USSOCOM's Information Technology (IT) strategy as well as executing the Command's C4 acquisition program. Led over 170 military and civilian, and oversaw 300 contractors providing USSOCOM's global information technology voice, video and data network support to over 58,000 users at 55 garrison sites and over 1000 deployable nodes.

Directed installation and mission support functions for the 92d Air Refueling Wing's fleet of KC-135 aircraft and tenant/support units on Fairchild Air Force Base. Oversaw and directed information technology, civil engineering, contracting, human resources, logistics, and security support functions.

Led an 83-person selectively manned joint airborne deployable information technology unit. Provided lightweight rapidly deployable information technology support to Joint Special Operations forces. Provided information security and uninterrupted voice, video, and data information technology services that enabled special operations forces to conduct military operations in remotely located overseas locations. Managed IT communications assets worth over $100M.

Langley Air Force Base, Hampton Va

Managed acquisitions, fielding, and maintenance of intelligence systems supporting Air Combat Command.
