I am a recent graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. I spent my time at Tech balancing a full-time job in the service industry and taking a full class load each semester. I interned with Intelligent Devices (currently Delcan Technologies) from 2010 - 2011 and gained experience working with embedded systems including: hardware diagnosing and repair, peripheral design, .NET development, SQL, and surface-mount soldering. My senior design project at Tech was the design of an after-market peripheral for bicycles that alerted riders when they had motorists approaching in their blind spots. My team and I used our knowledge of hardware and software development to design, prototype, and successfully test our proof-of-concept. In addition to my technical experience and skills, I have gained a lot of experience with customer relations through my work in the service industry. I hope to be able to use my social and technical experience and skills in my future work.
