- Develop and create various food menus from snack to main course- Calculating food cost, set selling price and food presentation - Significantly increase daily revenue by 60 - 70% from selling food items- Basic latte art : tullips, heart, and rosetta pattern- Use coffee machine and manual brew tools ( V60 ) to brew coffee beans

- Responsible to maintain inventory control and assure proper stock material, not exceeding expenditure budget or storage capacity- Checklist all quantity of used items, in and out materials in the storage room- Involved in monthly stock recording

- Provides customer excellence service by attentive to customer's need during their visit in the restaurant- Maintain cleanliness in dining area during operational hours

- Handle receiving, storing, and preparing food material using HACCP and HALAL principle- Manage kitchen inventory, involved in monthly inventory stock recording
