As a marketing and budget manager at T&H Electric, a family-owned business, I have been responsible for maintaining the company's brand image and reputation, planning advertisements and organizing industry events, creating and managing the marketing budget, and tracking the performance of marketing events and initiatives. I have successfully increased the company's visibility and customer base, as well as optimized the marketing spending and return on investment.Prior to joining T&H Electric, I worked as a claims adjuster at CNA Insurance for 1.5 years, where I applied my interpersonal skills, decision-making, and teamwork to handle various types of claims, such as property, casualty, and liability. I also gained valuable experience in negotiating settlements, conducting investigations, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. I have a bachelor's degree in health care administration/management from the University of Central Florida, which has provided me with a solid foundation in health care systems, policies, and practices. I am motivated by challenging and stimulating environments, where I can contribute to the success of the organization and advance my career. I am also passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge in the field of marketing and advertising.
