In this role I am working towards strategy creation and product development for one of the best shopping apps in Germany, where we are implementing additional mobile features to ensure an enhanced digital experience for the customer. I am in close collaboration with internal IT teams as well as marketing departments while managing service providers and agencies.

Leading a focus project in digital experience to enhance the mobile app and web in order to be customer-cenctric, customer-focused and enable functionalities that help the customer in his digital life.

MediaMarkt and Saturn loyalty programs opened opportunities for KPI based customer lifecycle and customer value campaigns. I was responsible for concept creation and country roll out of multiple CRM lifecycle campaigns that were part of our CRM campaign framework. As country consultant I supported my country counterparts with regards to campaign strategy and KPI based decision making. In addition I was project lead for our newsletter feature “Image Rendering” which is a key functionality to automatically display personalized product tiles in email newsletter. This enables a standardized and automated playout of individually personalized product recommendations to our customers.

I was responsible for the content provided in the online presence of our clients including creation of content schedules, posting in the name of our clients and responding to user reactions.

I supported the organization committee of events like „theAlps 2011“ and „AIPS 2012“ and fulfilled various tasks such as shuttle transfer organization and office support.

I have experienced the company structures of a multinational company and have been selected to be a member of their creative team. After running different market analysis I presented the results in front of the global project managers.

My task consisted of adapting the national marketing guidelines to the local market. Editing the regional brochures and updating the key visuals as well as content according to CI.
