Manage cost, schedule and technical baselines for major Government satellite ground development, and satellite operations/sustainment.2. Directed the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, Integration, test and administrative areas.3. Provide leadership of planning, integration, and execution of all engineering, development, Integration, and test projects and activities. Support the establishment of engineering milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.4. Plan and formulate engineering program reviews for product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.9. Identify program problems and obtains solutions (Risk and Opportunity management)
