Role responsibilities: Generating commercial offers from tender stage, understanding client requirements and specifications and working with the sales, procurement and design departments to offer competitive proposals.

Assisting project managers with their projects and managing projects myself. Key Tasks Included - Working in a team environment across disciplines, handling client issues and queries, creating/modifying technical documents to suit client needs, creating invoices, document handling, client liaison, database maintenance, managing project costs / budgets and project planning.

I was part of the pilot scheme that introduced electronic timetabling to students and worked in a small team of students and data administrators. Training was provided in enterprise database software and I also reported discrepancies in data already on the system to my manager.
