Partnered with Japanese C-130 airlift organizations to support 400 regional missions delivering 2,500 tons of cargo for Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.

Supervised 6 personnel responsible for all C-130, KC-135, and operational support aircraft training, operations, tactics, flying hour management, rated officer management, aerial event coordination, aviation resource management and distinguished visitor airlift. Established training qualification and certification standards in support of unit design operational capability statements. Specifically executed duties as the C-130 program element monitor ($8M annually), instituted cockpit/crew resource management training program for 900 aircrew members that enhanced communication and safety, executed a force structure move of 6 C-130s from Japan to Alaska to enhance combat capability and reduce training costs

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing 38 C-130 aircraft in support of Pacific Air Forces Joint Airborne/Air Transportability Training program. Managed 1,300 joint training hours valued at $2.2M across 4 C-130 units and 22 customers. Scheduled and validated distinguished visitor travel for the command. Prepared to deploy as part of U.S. Pacific Command's Joint Task Force augmentation cell providing logistics and airlift expertise. Managed a $72K Hong Kong air support services contract and a $580K reserve man-day account. Coordinated with Sweden's Charge d'Affaires to execute a critical Department of State mission to North Korea to recover a captured U.S. citizen.
