Led team to complete trade-study of M&S platforms, select and procure standards based solutions, and implement M&S platform for the entire ADL department.Principal RF Hardware Engineer, Advanced Radio Systems.• Principal Investigator for an Ultra-Ultra wideband mmWave Electrically Scanner Array for multi-mode operation. Scope of project included fundamental design work of the aperture, True time-delay processing, custom RFIC development, novel manufacturing processes and wave-scaled aperture work. • Lead RF Engineer for an X-band high power Electrically Scanner Array. Array was dual use for Search and Avoid and SAR imaging on an airborne platform. Patented element-level transmit power taper utilizing SiGe closed loop control of the PHEMT drain bias.• Established and lead a multidisciplinary design team in the design, fab and test of a very highly integrated analog beam forming RFIC that included custom digital, analog and 10 GHz RF processing.• Designed and fabricated an 800W L-band 4 channel power amplifier and matching exciter module.
