Manage all aspects of staffing, client relationship and developing new business for Stonehenge Resources. My experience working in a corporate environment for 30 years as a Manager/Director brings a different perspective to the recruiting business compared to others in this type of role and my background has been beneficial to our clients, consultants and employees. I work with clients nation wide to support their staffing requirements (Consulting and Full-Time) for all areas of their business at any level in the organization. This includes IT, Finance, Admin, Clinical/Scientific/Pharma, Marketing, and Sales.

• Report to Divisional President and Corporate CIO.• Responsible for all aspects of the Information Systems Department including system development and support, Data Center Operations, and Infrastructure for a $1B company.• Area of support covers over 1,500 users across 6 Canadian locations, 45 U.S. offices, and a headquarters/factory facility in New Jersey• Organized a major departmental transition to run Oracle Financial systems integrated with AS400 systems. This required cross training of current AS400 personnel, hiring of new positions for database and systems administration, and the change management associated with supporting integrated AS400 and Oracle systems.• Implemented changes in the Datacenter Operations that streamlined the processing and reduced costs by 40% in two years.• Led a very successful Y2K conversion project• Managed project to move a subsidiary manufacturing plant and its ERP systems to current ERP systems. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule and met all objectives.• Currently involved in project to migrate all Oracle and AS400 systems to SAP.Manager Systems and programming (1990 – 1996)• Established new programming department for a company converting from an IBM4300 to AS400• Established departmental standards, procedures, and a systems development life cycle methodology.• Led project to implement the BPCS Core Financials, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules. The initial conversion project was successfully completed in 9 months• Implemented numerous systems enhancements to BPCS and managed several projects to custom develop in-house applications to interface to BPCS.• Led study of Case Tools and developed a Service Contract System and Construction Invoicing System using SYNON on the AS400• Headed project to move Canadian subsidiary to the current ERP systems.• Implemented DFT into Manufacturing Operations in 1995.
