Systems include all facets from the Operational aspects to maintenance practices, machine critical spares and Training. A great deal of emphasis is placed on condition based monitoring to ensure prolonged component life as well as the ability to early detect developing problems eliminating unscheduled machine downtime.

Caval Ridge / Daunia Mine

• Preparation, assembly and commissioning of 2 x Cat 7495 Electric Rope Shovels for Caval Ridge and Daunia Mine respectively. • Preparation and Execution on delivery of 2 x 8050 Draglines to the Caval Ridge Mine.Role Included design and implementation of all associated risk assessments/HAZOPS, Planned Maintenance processes/strategies and spare parts listing development. Pit and Power Reticulation design. On Project completion, provide all Technical Writing for work instructions as well as training design and execution.

(Includes Bucyrus Electric Blast Hole Drills). Our mine removed 1Mt of material every day! This was mining on steroids. Work included design and implementation of machine maintenance systems, budgets, training and technical support. Due to the mine being one of the most remote in the world, we were required to be self sufficient in all aspects. A privilege to have worked in this mine while being surrounded by some of the most talented people in the industry.
