When I entered the insurance world as a young 29 year old kid back in 2002, I spent my first 10 years focusing almost exclusively on the life and disability insurance needs of Alberta's self-employed. Although I had spent the majority of my time focusing on the workers and business owners within the construction and skilled-trades market, I also helped small business owners from many backgrounds such as resteraunteurs, farming/ranching, oil & gas, and countless independent business owners in the retail sector. In addition to this, I also worked (and continue to work) very closely with Registered Massage Therapists and holistic health practitioners through established national association partnerships. As a Life, Health & Wealth Advisor with RBC Insurance, I now also spend a lot of time speaking with my clients about the power of whole life insurance as both a means of long-term, permanent protection and a highly effective tool for retirement savings and investment.
