As a One Call Administer I am responsible for ticket retrieval from state agencies and then screen tickets to either clear them per procedures or send to field locator to further screen the request to excavate. As a pipeline controller I ensure petroleum products are safely transported, and that the process adheres to government regulations and rules, and that it meets the company standards and specifications. My responsibility starts with the custody transfer and concludes when the finished petroleum product or crude has been delivered by way of the pipeline to its ultimate destination. My additional duties are monitoring the delivery, controlling and directing the delivery. I maintain changes to the delivery and pump schedule, keep an eye on tank inventories, temperatures, line pressures and meter counts. As pipeline controller I also hold responsibility for identifying problems (if any) for the operation and send out the appropriate personnel to resolve the situation. I ensure that delivery is on schedule, remains cost efficient, working under safe conditions, and the quality of the product is not changed. As a pipeline controller I am also be proficient with SCADA the system used for monitoring volume, temperature and pressure.

As an Army Wounded Warrior Advocate I provided the Army's most severely injured and ill Soldiers and their Families with a system of advocacy and follow on support designed to assist the Soldier as he/she transitions back into military service or into the civilian community.
