Michael is a trained Professional Engineer whom is recognised by his professional body as a Member and practice area assessor. He has a combined 17 years of experience in this field and has worked in consultancy and as a contractor and specialising in Project Management, Engineering contract administration and supervision, Engineering Design Greenfield/Brownfield Industrial & residential subdivision engineering: stormwater, sewer, roading and earthworks design. He is conversant with the subdivision process from the preparation of engineering design through to the release of s224c certificates, and has been involved in a range of intensive housing developments and commercial developments. He has residential foundation design and construction knowledge and is recognised by Auckland Council as a producer Statement provider.
