Initiated contact with a supply base abroad to supply their products to the UK market.Brought in a well known, extremely successful and well respected business man from the industry, to take up a position as Non Executive Director in Global Refreshments. I successfully distributed product across 3 regions of the UK. I recruited further expertise to the Board of Directors, in the form of a Marketing and a PR company. Both of whom are extremely successful in their respective industries. After measuring the reaction and listening to both customers and consumers, I directed a full scale product development program adapting both the flavour range itself, making amends to the various ingredients contained within the products, whilst also completing a full re design of both inner and outer packaging formats.This resulted in an extremely positive reaction from the UK trade.

I ensured that the thousands of annual visitors to Polaris World thoroughly enjoyed their experiences and time spent at Polaris World. I was successful in building strong customer relationships with clients of competitors from across the region, resulting in new customers taking up membership with Polaris.Managed large groups of tourists from across Europe ensuring each and every group member achieved their desired goals from the trip. This resulted in repeat visits, an increase in recommendations to visit Polaris and an extremely high percentage of happy and fulfilled clients. I am a firm believer that if a client has a bad experience they will inform at least 10 people. If a client has a fantastic experience they may tell a few friends. When you do the maths it is essential that you aim to have 100% of clients leaving with a smile on their face. This in turn gives complete job satisfaction and enables you to repeat the same service day after day after day.
