As the first executive hire for the business I was responsible for building the finance and operational functions from the ground up, de-merging the business into it's own legal entity, overseeing early stage growth and securing £1m of external investment.

In 2010 I established a consultancy business, providing strategic financial management and cost reduction advice to SME's across the region. Sold my interest in the business in January 2014.

Responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of c. 150 clients in the SME market, ranging from turnover of £1m- £12m per annum.
