Major initiatives under management include:-Data Repository – Led all planning, strategy, development and implantation of data governance routines, sourcing data directly from third party vendors in order to create an integrated system, providing analytical capabilities, a self-service reporting environment and exploring and deploying best of breed technology for managing structured and unstructured data.-Manage the data separation of the D2C business from the Retail operations to ensure that both lines of business have a flawless and hierarchical view of all data based on business segmentation.-Implement a data stewardship team within the D2C business. This includes the documentation of the business glossary, current and future data flows, the creation of a data dictionary, data transformation rules and lineage, and a data quality profile.-Supported the growth of the MetLife D2C products by defining the key metrics being measured and providing analytics needed to support the business.-Optimize operations by streamlining systems infrastructure to work toward a more cost effective, scalable and nimble environment which improves data integrity and transmission issues through the usage of the MetLife environment.-Developed a project progress template for senior management so that key issues, accomplishments and upcoming activities were centralized and transparent.-Establish strong relationships with enterprise partners such as architecture, applications development, portfolio management, acquisition and partnership, and 3rd party distribution channels to roll out desired data structures.-Managed a group of four FTEs, assessed and realigned employee skills with appropriate tasks and functions. Recruited, trained, and developed quality candidates.

Championed the development of an all-inclusive platform (MOD) for the individual distribution channels which had processed over 97k+ transactions and $6.7M in reimbursements. Developed annual improvement plan, as well as Management Discussion and Analysis for comprehensive monthly financial reports totaling $90M in spend. -Supervised entire software development life cycle, from analysis of internal client’s needs to prototyping and implementation. Responsibilities included the coordination and managing of multiple projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives as well as managed cost, schedule and performance of components projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the project. Major projects included:-Marketing on Demand (MOD) – Led core project management team that created a system to allow the individual distribution sales channel to market to their clients, prospect and recruits using direct mail, email, and calling programs that were centrally located. The application allowed the end user to order personalized marketing material and fulfillment, which was distributed quickly and efficiently, as well as streamlined the operations and cut costs.-Salesforce – CRM cloud application used to track client activity history for the Tampa operations as well as tracked system enhancements in a central repository.-Documented critical case management workflow processes. Developed technical severity level schematic for case management and reporting. -Led the production team with the creation, categorization and pricing of all digital marketing collateral in the Marketing on Demand site, as well as the non-personalized content on New York Life’s agency portal.-Reviewed critical business needs with each executive team member, and created a monthly reporting package which included sales, operational key metric indicators, and commissions for all campaigns.
