My practice is focused primarily on litigation in the areas of real-property, landlord-tenant, fraudulent non-disclosures, breach of fiduciary duty, and commercial disputes. In November 2005, I moved to Los Angeles where I expanded my practice to include product liability litigation for clients including Ford Motor Company, Whirlpool Corporation, Forest River, Inc., and General Motors. I rejoined the Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP to open the firm’s Los Angeles office in early 2007 and continue to handle a variety of litigation and pre-suit investigations throughout California in the areas of premises liability, landlord-tenant, consumer warranty, product liability, employment, homeowners’ association, fraud, and personal injury. I am often lead counsel in complex, multi-party cases.I am admitted in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
