District Manager
CurrentThe District Manager has responsibility to lead, direct, and motivate all Branch, Administrative, Operating, and Sales associates within the District to achieve the highest safety standards, top line growth, EBITDA performance and operational excellence. They are also responsible for executing plans and strategies designed to meet and exceed customer needs. You have full P&L responsibility for their branches/territory.Manage the sales force and branch managers for organic top line growth and excellent customer service. Ensure Customer Service initiatives are in the branches and throughout the District.Focus on increased accuracy and SAP proficiency.Optimize profit margins through execution of plans and strategies communicated from Regional and Area.Maintain operation expenses in line with Gross Profit goals, customer service, and growth plans.Execute on plans to realize the strategic pricing targets.Evaluate and monitors day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure cost effective operations and a safe and productive work environment.Establish and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with direct reports and internal departments relative to customer successes, customer failures, new customer developments and other customer specific informationEnsure effective collaboration, teamwork, and communication throughout the District. Ensure a safe environment at all Airgas facilities. Participates in the preparation of market and competitor information and annual sales analysis and forecast.Oversight of the Cheyenne and Scottsbluff branch including managing the Branch Manager and Account Manager to ensure district success.
