• Accurately capture shipments on the BTT system ensuring proper planning and scheduling• Follow up with customers for tank nominations, ensuring sufficient available ullage and correct tank allocations.• Follow up with the relevant receiver for documentation from the vessel, to comply with BTT procedures.• Liaise with the vessel agents regarding the berthing of the vessels at Island view and Maydon Wharf• Liaise with TNPA regarding transfers occurring on the berth to external companies.• Effective and efficient management of all human resources under my control with an aim to reduce costs, improve customer relationships, improve planning and scheduling thereby ensuring all work is conducted correctly and to high standards and in accordance with agreed deadlines.
