I am the lead attorney for Wolters Kluwer’s Tax and Accounting division (TAA), a ~$1.4B global portfolio of industry leading software and information services businesses serving tax, accounting, audit and financial professionals globally. In my role, I am a direct report of WK's General Counsel with a dotted line to the Global CEO of TAA and a member of the TAA Executive Leadership Team. I advise the Executive Team of TAA on a broad range of legal issues, and I manage, supervise and develop a global team of 10+ high performing attorneys and legal/compliance professionals that support the TAA division.

I led the go-to-market commercial negotiation strategy for the enterprise and network customer verticals. I managed a team of two senior lawyers and two legal paraprofessionals. I completed an ex-pat assignment in London overseeing legal affairs of the EMEA region, where I served as a member of the EMEA senior leadership team with responsibility for directing the strategy and execution of all corporate legal initiatives for the region.

I functioned as the senior legal point of contact for Telx following $2B acquisition by Digital. I served on the cross-functional integration steering committee and member of the Telx executive leadership team accountable for developing, executing, and leading on strategic corporate initiatives.

I provided legal advice and counsel on a high volume and broad range of revenue generation, technology, procurement, and business development agreements. I managed outside counsel on litigation and specialized legal matters. I developed and implemented a policy for managing post-petition customer bankruptcy obligations.

Drafted and negotiated real estate sale and purchase agreements, mortgage notes, and guaranties for real estate acquisitions and financing transactions for a privately held investment vehicle of LLCs, partnerships, and corporations with significant real estate and operational holdings (concentrated primarily, but not exclusively, in New York City). Performed due diligence as part of the acquisition process, prepared complex real estate leases, and drafted operating agreements, membership transfer certificates, and corporate resolutions.

Supervised two paralegals covering corporate, commercial, and real estate matters for the U.S. subsidiary of a multinational luxury goods manufacturer, distributor, and retailer. Drafted and negotiated commercial real estate leases, technology, and IP licensing agreements for merchandise and trademarks, as well as general operations procurement agreements.

Supervised staff of 11 paraprofessionals, as well as outside legal counsel in managing lease administration and real estate matters. Assumed additional responsibility for overseeing general transactional and compliance-related matters for this multi-divisional jewelry retailer.

Managed legal and construction team and administered department budget. Negotiated real estate leases, handled store construction, property management, real estate, and risk management issues for an international multi-billion-dollar retailer.

At the time that I was employed by Limited Brands, Inc., it was the parent company of Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, The Limited, Express, Structure, Lane Bryant, Lerner and Henri Bendel.•Drafted and negotiated complex real estate leases and related agreements for the nine retail brands controlled by the company.

Bricker and Eckler is one the most well regarded law firms in the State of Ohio. The firm was founded in 1945 by former three term Ohio Governor, former U.S. Senator and former Vice Presidential candidate John Bricker.•Drafted lender documents for real estate finance transactions for the financing of multi-family housing.•Provided general legal support to partner designated as Special Counsel to Central State University: performed research on employment issues, drafted resolutions for the Board of Trustees, interviewed employees as part of an investigation into financial and hiring/termination improprieties.
