Doubled project throughput and reduced costs by over 20% YoY since 2019.• Product Portfolio established solutions for Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Self Service Analytics, Application Embedded Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Dictionary/Cataloging and end user analytics development and training support.• Architected, arbitrated and maintained a federated data governance structure spanning all business groups with EVP & C-level approved Data Stewards. Enterprise wide reporting definitions, joint prioritization of user stories and value generation driven by the business while resolving prior conflicts and discourse.• Implemented best in class software in a targeted fashion including Snowflake, Matillion, PowerBI and Attunity Replicate, integrated with SAP HANA, BAAN, Salesforce, ServiceMax, Adobe, Marketo and many others.Project highlights: • Logistics analytics allowing for early order clearance and approvals allowed healthcare customers of Bio-Rad to receive critical products for COVID research and patients. • External customer facing portals powered by embedded reporting capabilities with lower cost and higher performance than existing web-based toolsets. • Global Revenue and Invoice data now trusted company wide, including integration into financial planning and S&OP software. Architected 2-year plan for designing and implementing new workflow around a $35M SAP EWM platform in order to drive up efficiency and continuity for a global logistics company’s dual facilities in Thailand. • Developed strategic roadmap, involving extensive requirements gathering, aggregation of data, end-to-end operations analysis, and IT/network transformation planning. • Outlined user-adoption training program as well as a phased-RIF strategy and strategic hiring plan to eliminate/consolidate positions across all facilities. • Created messaging platform to promote the impact of automation and analytics in Warehousing to the senior leadership team – a crucial factor in succeeding where predecessors had failed.

Reporting to CIO, took on the ambitious task of regionalizing Analytics and Reporting for this company’s network of 60 autonomously running APAC warehouses / transport operations consisting of 55,000 employees, 500 analysts, and 5 management tiers. • Architected Linfox Asia’s first-ever BI solution, running on AWS EC2, RDS, S3 & VPC and leveraging Hitachi ETL suite, SAP HANA/BO, and Microsoft PowerBI cloud visualization tools. Deployed system under budget, achieving operating costs 40% below Gartner industry standards.• Designed technical roadmap for aggregating data from 20 in-house and client-owned SAP, Peoplesoft, and Microsoft systems – processing 50M records/day against 10 KPIs and 20 operating metrics.• Organized training for BI analysts, superusers, and warehouse staff across Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and India while championing program in front of C-suite to win/retain buy-in.

Hired to integrate recently acquired SQL system in Miami office into Oracle BI platform in North Carolina headquarters, including consolidation, validation, and redesign of data, reports, and workflows. • Conceptualized brand-new data analytics and reporting architecture along with live-monitoring dashboards to be used enterprise-wide across Sales and Supply Chain teams. • Oversaw ETL design using Microsoft SSIS, SQL Server, and Oracle Jobs.
