Completed $5M SRM conversion project from warehouse facility to Visitor Control CenterUser representative for $35M USACE managed mission support facility.Developed and implemented Buckley Installation Facility Standard that is incorporated into every facilities project base wide.Managed Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and new construction projects from cradle to grave. Developed initial statements of work (SOW), independent government estimates (IGE), and required submittals. Coordinated technical evaluation of contractor proposals with contracting officers. Reviewed project submittals to include design submissions, material submittals, and contractor progress payments. Coordinated project close out submissions between contractors, real property officers, and end users to include property transfer documentation, systems training, and establishing beneficial occupancy dates. Communicated warranty issues between end users and contractors to ensure any issues during warranty periods were resolved quickly.

Develop initial program cost and scope of installation, Major Command (MAJCOM), and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) funded projects. As part of my duties, I headed the installation Facilities Asset Management Plan (Facilities AMP). This plan encompasses tracking annual facility assessments for over 145 installation owned facilities, developing maintenance, repair, and new construction projects for facilities installation-wide, and developing Installation Priority Lists (IPLs) in order to determine base project priorities and to better position Buckley AFB to receive annual project funding from MAJCOM, and HAF.Also, my alternate duties include the responsibilities of Facilities Sub-Space Manager. This role requires that I assess the space needs for current and new organizations on the installation as well as performing a space-use inspection for at least 20 percent of the facilities every year. Included in this task is to work with installation real property specialists to evaluate available space on base, finding potential locations for the requesting organization, presenting the proposed actions to the Facilities Board, headed by the installation commander, for approval.
