Developed a low cost manufacturing strategy to produce Automotive Safety Products (Airbag & Seat Belts) for this business unit in Asia Pacific (AP) region based on lean principles. Ensured that product quality delivery and cost aligned with business and customer expectations. Led group efforts in conducting make vs. buy analysis. Conducted business case studies for launching new manufacturing sites in the AP region. Determined staffing requirements and capital investment needs for new projects.
