At Red Dog Media my primary job was to manage a Google advertising portfolio of over 200,000 advertising campaigns with over a million dollars of monthly spend. To manage this portfolio, I had to develop systems and procedures to accommodate large amounts of data and to deal with variation in performance. I developed a skillset that relied heavily upon data analysis and identifying performance trends to manage the variation in performance. During my time at Red Dog Media, I gained a mastery of both our internal systems, and Google’s systems which allowed me to become an innovative problem solver. Within the company I held the specialized task of dealing with all policy and compliance related to our business partners and Google. Beyond my immediate responsibilities I oversaw developing and conducting continuing education courses within the company, as well as new employee training.
