Provide support to the College and its academics in developing and maintaining relationships and evolving them to partnerships, with industry and government partners for collaborative research and educational purposes.This is achieved through:• identify available opportunities for industry and government engagement;• communicate industry and government funded opportunities that align with the research expertise and capabilities of College academics; and• develop, negotiate and manage industry and government partnerships for individual projects, strategic research and long-term collaborative partnerships.

Coordinating the management of projects and programs related to the College of Engineering and Computer Science's Reimagine Investment.This included the coordination of 5 Fellows and their projects under the Reimagine Fellowship Program as part of the Reimagine InvestmentAdding value by collaborating to design and improve PMO processes and knowledge.

In this role, I led, managed, trained, developed and motivated consultant teams of up to 16 members. I provided integrated technology solutions to international markets, including UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon. I project managed various internal and external projects, always with the focus on budget, time and quality. I also collaborated with other Consultants, Team Leaders, Project Managers, Managers and Directors, both in the ME office and from our UK HQ to continuously optimise delivery processes and enhance consultants’ knowledge and experience to increase revenue, deliverables and value. Moreover, I oversaw and worked closely with the Project Management team to ensure every project was sufficiently resourced, delivered on time and to client expectations. My notable achievements in this role include leading the launch of the latest software version (Drive IA) to the ME market and successfully upgrading the majority of the customer base to a common and newer version of the software. I also played an integral role in building and expanding the knowledge, experience and skill sets of Consultants.

I was selected and approached by Kerridge for an International Consulting position, which took me to various countries across the globe, including Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Canada, Holland, Belgium, Romania, Hungary, New Zealand and Australia. I was also seconded to ADP Dealer Services Australia as the Consultant Team Leader and became permanent in the role. My duties involved providing leadership, guidance and mentorship to the Consultant team, developing their capabilities and enhancing their knowledge while improving customer service skills. I also lead the initial acceptance consultation of our Accounting software in China & Romania.During my tenure in Australia, I was successful in testing and documenting two software version changes along with Country specific developments. I also streamlined the implementation process and procedures, shortening the delivery process without compromising the customer expectations.
