As the Regional Director of Supply Chain I am accountable for the collaborative development, integration, implementation and optimization of the overall Supply Chain industry in the Washington State Inland Northwest region under MultiCare Health Systems. Responsibilities Include:Work with key business and operation stakeholders within the region as well as peers in the other Supply Chain regions that grow strong internal and external partnerships; participate in, lead and partner with others on Supply Chain operations and logistics strategic integration efforts; prepare and present all business proposals and opportunities; responsible in the develop and execution of strategic plans around system Supply Chain operations and logistics initiatives; implement proven best practices; ensure a compliant, effective and streamlined operational Supply Chain experience for business and patient constituent groups; and lead contract implementation and conversion through the region. I am also responsible for all Supply Chain operations logistics functions at 2 acute care hospital campuses, Rockwood medical/specialty group clinics and warehouse operations within the Inland Northwest region of Washington State. This includes the management of all perpetual/periodic inventories, supplies received, stored and issued. I also serve as an organizational resource for strategic contracting opportunities, spend management, value analysis and procurement compliance.

As the Director of Materials Management I was responsible for inventive and strategic supply chain decisions and development, supply chain operations, procurement, capital equipment, value analysis, logistics, data analytics, clinical systems integration and contracting.
