Using Siemens NX to design parts on NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Cars for Chip Ganassi Racing.

Currently a full time student at the Wentworth Institute of technology getting my Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

-Worked in Data Acquisition department assisting with the installation of sensors on race cars, as well as learning the Motec software-While in the Aerodynamic department assisted at the wind tunnel and straight line testing as well as Designed a new helmet blower fan and housing to cool the drivers and a pressure rake for wind tunnel testing.-Learned to operate a roamer arm, construct templates in PowerInspect, and run an engraver while in the Metrology department. As well as this I also learned to update the data base in VES with new parts and descriptions.-Became familiar with PTC Creo and Windchill while in the Design department. Also while in the design department learned and made schematic drawings assemblies on the car, as well as reversed engineered parts on the race cars.-While in the Vehicle Performance Group I became familiar with using Pratt and Millers VES software, as well as the geometry program. Also helped develop a qualifying time prediction tool, and updated many worksheets to be auto filled with information from VES.-Helped conduct a weight study on the race car.

Worked with the CAD programs Revit and Autocad to work on mark ups for healthcare andcommercial projects. This job required maturity and much needed responsibility in order to stick todeadlines, and work in a team environment
