During my time at Accenture, I have focused on delivering actionable results in data & analytics in multiple industries. My projects have focused on data governance, compliance, data visualization, and driving organizational change.I have tackled challenges in the data strategy sphere involving both project management and analyst work. I have focused on building data governance processes from the ground-up, and reporting on major business initiatives using Tableau. I have utilized my knowledge of Agile to prioritize and manage enhancement releases for CRM tools. I have also managed audit evidence and have built-out requirements for a developing MDM/RDM program, while working extensively to develop my knowledge of SQL and analytic tools.At one of my major clients (Fortune 500 Insurance Company) work has been focused on building out key Tableau reporting at the C-Level to adhere to the need for a new BI framework. As part of this framework, reports and pipelines were automated to drive key decisions on the COVID-19 Pandemic for organization leadership. As a follow-up to this work, key data initiatives were re-prioritized and required monitoring in regards to governance & compliance. Monitoring occurred via the same teams that developed reporting, which I managed and drove towards providing results that were reported to Federal stakeholders.In the CPG industry - my most recent client - I continue to work as a Scrum Master and analyst for the implementation of a major cloud migration of enterprise data sets for a Fortune 500 company to their new platform. Migration is occurring from Hadoop to GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

Assess inventory management and quality methods related to manufacturing and re-manufacturing for one of the nation's top telecommunications companies. Specifically, worked with the forecasting team to develop methods of improved tracking in relation to non-serialized items. Also investigated current tracking procedures and best practices for determining the flow of communication in the process of determining minimum order quantities.

Focus on Airport Customer Service analysis and usage of data and technology to improve systems and to support operations at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne Country Airport. Cooperative program focuses on building a generalized knowledge of the organization and then specializing after experience is developed.Specific projects include:1) Development of a business case for a redesign of certain aspects of the front-ticket counter (FTO or terminal entrance) after gathering data on the TSA security checkpoint process via a time study. Data was gathered by developing a collection process, interviewing several employees for different shifts, and determining which factors played a role in line wait times and customer experience.2) Development of an automated data feed for tracking airplane cabin cleaning - using basic Excel and Oracle software.3) Creation of a dynamic staffing model for the operational (below-wing) and equipment-based sector of airport staffing. Extensive mapping of the process and interviewing took place, and a rough outline of a DMAIC project was followed. Currently investigating implementation of compiling data from several older systems into a predictive model for reduction of delays caused by below-wing operations.

Showcase the highlights of the University of Michigan's college experience, address the detriments, and promote community involvement and changing campus culture to incoming high school students.Additionally, participate in several community-related events focused on new student involvement.
