- Speak in front of large groups with great enthusiasm to get people excited for activities throughout the day and night- Monitor staff, review and run the program to ensure that schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to, and performances are of adequate quality.- Evaluate new and existing program activities to assess the suitability and need for changes, using information from camper surveys and feedback.- Supervise and coordinate the work activities of personnel, such as training staff members and assigning work duties.

- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.- Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Routinely repair, patch or assemble new tents, cots and beds throughout the reservation.- Testing pH balance for the water supply along with inspecting motors and valves of both pools - Being on call 24/7 in case of emergencies ex: first aid response, lockdown of camp, faulty sewage grinder pumps, venomous snake removals, and other duties as necessary.
