Advise enterprise CxOs, executives and AI leaders on AI/GenAI strategies, use case definitions, PoC scoping and execution, solution architectures, workload onboarding and ramp to production, and guardrails on security, privacy, safety, responsible AI and compliances. Drive GenAI engagements and deliver presentations, technical workshops, training and hands-on demos. Act as customer advocacy by gathering and relaying customer feedback to product and engineering teams and identifying common themes as feature requests. Collaborate with the account teams to build relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure a seamless customer experience. Contribute to the internal AI/GenAI specialist community.

Advise enterprise CxOs, executives and technology leaders on building enterprise cloud and AI strategies, prioritizing cloud migration roadmaps, designing/improving solution architectures, conducting PoCs, optimizing infrastructure costs, building business cases, building capacity plans for production launch, expansion and BFCM. Lead and drive customer cloud adoption engagements with support from other specialists, product management and engineering for migrating enterprise workloads and implementing cloud-native solutions. Provide enablement to customer technical teams with guidance, training, hands-on demos, sample scripts, etc. Collaborate with sales on account planning and strategies to create opportunities and drive technical wins.

Serve as field CTO for select strategic accounts in Financial Services and Healthcare, lead and drive customer engagements with support from technology solution specialists, engineering and product management to help customers adopt Oracle enterprise database, data analytics and integration technologies, cloud infrastructure and platform services. Partner with customers on requirements discovery, cloud technology architecture, cloud migration and/or implementation strategy, cloud infrastructure sizing, TCO modeling and analysis, PoC scoping, planning and execution, executive presentation, and problem resolution to ensure engagement success and customer satisfaction. Work with Oracle product management and development teams to help define product strategies, roadmaps and development plans to ensure that client’s business, technical and minimum control requirements are met with delivered products and solutions.

Define cloud adoption strategy, reference architectures, technical requirements, best practices for telecom real-time rating and charging, billing, payment processing and customer service management systems and solutions. Manage and mentor a global team of architects and engineers to implement and validate reference architectures with performance and reliability testing. Support pre-sales on strategy, solution architecture, system sizing and client engagements. Drive and enable regional delivery teams to adopt defined reference architectures and best practices in customer production projects. Conduct educational sessions on cloud technologies to internal communities.

Lead and drive cloud and hybrid solution architectures, technical requirements, production and non-production project implementations in AWS, performance engineering, system sizing, cost optimization, capacity planning and cloud DevOps strategy for telecom real-time rating and charging, billing, payment processing and customer service management systems and solutions. Perform data analysis for system performance optimization and capacity expansion of production systems. Support pre-sales on strategy, solution architecture, system sizing and client engagements.

Lead and drive end to end system and solution architectures, technical requirements, DR solution design and development, performance benchmarking methodology, system sizing tool design and development, server virtualization, security, and cloud architecture for telecom real-time rating and charging, billing, payment processing and customer service management systems and solutions. Serve as a standing member of the Architecture Review Board responsible for overseeing company-wide architecture designs of new product releases and product enhancements. Provide guidance and training to GTM teams on solution architectures and support pre-sales engagements with client presentations and RFx responses.

Lead solution architecture and engineering for building, testing and delivering reference and custom solutions for telecom order management, service provisioning, network configuration, fault, performance and security management, billing and payment processing. Support customer engagements on solution architecture and engineering consulting by leading or participating in executive presentations, creation of technical documents, leading technical discussions, and participating in negotiations, etc. Select, evaluate and collaborate with partners for internal and customer projects. Conduct special assignments requested by the OSS/BSS practice leader.

Define system architecture and detailed technical requirements specifications and lead design and development of software products for managing network and services operations and maintenance and field workforces of large telecom service providers using C, C++, Java and GIS technologies.
