• Answer the Helpdesk line and fix issues that users would call in about• Resolve problem tickets that were submitted to the helpdesk • Mange license information for all software used at the companies we manage• Travel to the different sites that we ran support for and do routine maintenance checks or do hands on trouble shooting• Make sure all applications that are ran through our servers are working properly• Order parts and supplies for different companies that we manage• Install new software or updates if needed• Check emails for hardware warnings and fix if needed• On-call duty once a month were users can call at any time during the day• Set up new devices if purchased and walk over how to use the device
