Responsible for providing advice on corporate controls to the Environmental & Property Solutions Americas organization and specifically assigned to support the Environmental Services organization as well as the America’s Integrated Facilities organization. Specific responsibilities include consolidating global Environmental controls information and reporting monthly to the Environmental leadership team, coordinating annual control activities for the Environmental Americas region such as preparing and presenting Control Forum topics, coordination of the global Environmental representation letter process , coordinating global input for updating the delegation of authority guidelines, and providing advice on financial control related matters. Similar responsibilities are provided for the Americas Integrated Region as well as providing support for the SAP Projects to Assets and Materials Management modules used by both functions.

Responsible for desgning global purchase to pay process for use across all ExxonMobil Environmental Services. Developing procedures will require gaining an understanding of impacts on the purchase to pay process with the upgrade of ExxonMobil's SAP systems to a common platform and recommending a process will work across all regions.

Responsible for Downstream Treasurer's global stewardship and analysis and control activities. Position includes 2 direct reports and 3 indirect reports (Control advisors located outside the US).
