I have spent the last ten years working in building maintenance both directly and indirectly for the Public Sector. I have extensive experience in managing contract performance, leading teams of Supervisors, auditing work, assessing and implementing repair works, scoping, scheduling and sub-contractor management. Over the years I have become fine tuned in dealing with a fast paced and high pressure working environment; unplanned and emergency works have taught me how to manage safely and effectively in a reactive and ever-changing environment. I'm proud to be part of a very successful and professionally driven contract team who care about their sub-contractors.
