Oversee five-member Partner Success team supporting over 4,000 active schools and community organizations across the country. To date, One Love has educated over 2.5 million young people with life saving education - and is reaching more young people every day. The partner success team ensures that 100% of the organizations, schools, districts, and educators that One Love serves have a positive experience and achieve maximum impact efficiently and effectively.

Developed and executed strategy to expand One Love's programming throughout the New York Tri-State Region.

Trained facilitator for One Love, facilitate a workshop designed to identify warning signs of relationship abuse and help develop strategies and action plans to intervene in unhealthy relationships

• Educate campus members (student organizations, fraternities, sororities, athletes, resident assistants, international organizations) on the dangers of sexual assault and methods of sexual assault prevention • Develop new programs to further our organization’s outreach and identify more effective methods of providing sexual assault prevention education to college students

Educated incoming students (first year, transfer, athletes, and international) on sexual assault prevention and bystander intervention through orientation programs and information distribution. Helped create a safe and healthy campus community through interpersonal violence education.

Taught 4th, 5th and 6th graders in a traditional classroom setting with approximately 12 students per class. Responsible for creating fun and interesting lesson plans to motivate students to engage in the material. Ensured students met program wide curriculum standards.
