My banking philosophy is a customer service based approach. When meeting with existing or prospect customers I interact with the customer and gather valuable information pertaining to products and services, I then recommend the products and services that best fit the customers needs. I use exceptional customer service to help the customer, I don't sell, I recommend products and services based on their needs. I try to go above and beyond with every customer/prospect and build trust with the customer. I never want a customer to walk away thinking they've been sold something, I want them to walk away feeling their needs have been met and that I've uncovered something they haven't thought of. My leadership approach is much the same as my customer service model, I work with the employees to uncover their needs and coach to those needs. I focus on their strengths and work with them to strengthen their weaknesses so they can be a complete package for our customers. I empower employees to find solutions for their customer, by coaching to the process of profiling the customers the bankers recommend products and services that will strengthen the relationship with the customer. I have a proven ability with impacting and influencing business outcomes as well as individual team member development. I posses 12+ years of sales management, with 8 years in the banking/finance field, proven sales history, multiple location management history, I've developed/streamlined training models, and have trained new managers in their roles within the company.
