I am a driven leader of multi-functional teams with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, management, and analysis through six years of service as an Officer in the United States Army. Upon graduating from Upper Iowa University with a B.S., I commissioned into the United States Army through Officer Candidate School. I had the honor of serving my country and leading teams ranging from 8 to 80 soldiers across different positions in the Field Artillery Branch. I was privileged to spend three years living overseas in Europe, where I was able to experience seeing the world and working with multinational organizations. Throughout my career, I learned the value of developing cohesive teams, building systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing data analysis to shape the decisions of senior leaders, and managing a budget to ensure the timely acquisition of maintenance and supply equipment.
