Current post is running a team to optioneer, design and deliver No Deterioration Programme and maintenance schemes for Norfolk and Suffolk for water recycling non infrastructure cradle to grave. The outcome will be building and commissioning large wastewater treatment plants in minimum time to meet EA obligation using DFMA and supply chain integrated early in the team. Apprentice Manager role made me responsible for the management of all company apprentices including preparation & management of annual budget, implementation of Apprentice training programme & recruitment of future young engineers including two regional apprentice of the year awards and six apprentices progressing through university.

Responsible for co-ordinating effective and economic plant designs and procurement strategies and strategic business partner engagement of key suppliers. The role included ownership of the project budget and programme for M&E equipment ensuring ordered equipment is fit for purpose, compliant with specifications and delivered on time and within allowed budget.
