Mainstream Aquaculture has developed an innovative and sustainable process for producing the popular table fish, Barramundi, using a proprietary recirculating aquaculture system. Our facility is the largest of its type in Australia. Operations are underpinned by advanced genetics and selective breeding programs. Mainstream is currently building the largest Barramundi hatchery in the world to compliment its existing production facilities in Townsville, QLD and Werribee, VIC. State Advice LeaderThis role was primarily responsible for overseeing the successful integration of the three Melbourne based firms plus the Melbourne office of Shadforths. This involved a significant cultural alignment program for staff, integration of all back office systems and processes, the relocation of two businesses and the development of a consistent approach across the new integrated business. Also assisted with major change management programs involving client transition strategies and seeding new platforms and investment mandatesRegional Advice LeaderManage and lead the financial planners in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. This involved 54 planners across 9 locations managing in excess of $2bil of client FUM. Key driver was to maintain consistent growth of new business which was successfully achieved during very difficult trading and operating conditions.Head of AdvicePrimary objective was to develop a national growth strategy for advisers working in conjunction with equivalent roles in Sydney and Brisbane. The role also included sourcing third party acquisitions and working with the acquisitions team to implement them.
