Mainstream Aquaculture has developed an innovative and sustainable process for producing the popular table fish, Barramundi, using a proprietary recirculating aquaculture system. State Advice LeaderThis role was primarily responsible for overseeing the successful integration of the three Melbourne based firms plus the Melbourne office of Shadforths. This involved a significant cultural alignment program for staff, integration of all back office systems and processes, the relocation of two businesses and the development of a consistent approach across the new integrated business.
