As the Head of Innovation for Consumer Goods Adhesives at Henkel, I am responsible for managing and coordinating global product development teams to deliver innovative adhesive solutions for products in the consumer goods area. I develop and execute global strategies connecting business opportunities with technology innovations that help to provide solutions to our customers, while ensuring my teams are focused on projects that will make a difference.At Henkel, we work in fast moving consumer goods markets with nonwovens, tissue, and hygiene products, as well as packaging and labelling applications. We support our customers to increase the efficiency, consumer satisfaction and sustainability of their products by developing effective adhesive solutions connected to key market trends.With a background in chemical engineering and almost 25 years-experience developing products in the adhesive industry, I love the experience of designing and creating something in the laboratory, and then seeing it improve a product out in the market.
