During the Real Estate downturn, I spent considerable time in South America while working together with some of the founders of Nu Skin Enterprises; a $3.2 billion dollar publicly traded company operating in over 50 countries world wide. Together we opened the Argentina and Chile markets and established "business leadership schools" in over 20 cities throughout the country. We have developed business relationships with local Latino's who have subsequently started their own business together with Nu Skin and have dramatically changed the trajectory of their personal and professional lives along the way. The business model has grown throughout all regions of Mercosur and several other areas of the world. Our effort to build demand for Nu Skin's revolutionary anti-aging and health and wellness products includes a generous compensation plan that continuously provides the ability to change one's financial horizon without limitation and includes unforgettable travel incentives throughout the world. This has without question been the most personally rewarding business venture I have undertaken in my professional life.

Served as a sales and property consultant. Promontory provides a destination location for primarily vacation homes in the acclaimed Park City ski areas as well as providing a PGA quality golf experience on property with their two Signature coursed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus. The real estate sold primarily consisted of cabins from $1,500,000 to custom homes up to $10,000,000+. Here I further developed my skills in high-end luxury home sales and design, became more proficient with land development and lot selection and became much more adept to serving the upper 1% of wage earners in the United States. In addition to sales and marketing, I spent considerable time managing relationships for existing membership through a PR campaign during the market downturn in 2008 and before leaving in 2009.

Received my Real Estate License and served as a Sales Consultant for Ivory Homes. Specialized in high end semi-custom home sales. In addition to sales, this position required significant knowledge of interior and exterior home design and customer service. Received Sales Consultant of the year with over $14,000,000 in a single year.

Served on the technology process teams as an Analyst and Consultant. Projects included implementation of the "go network" for Disney, ESPN and ABC. We launched the initial eCommerce site for the Walt Disney Company's. We also moved the ESPN stores from brick and mortar to an online platform also within the "go network." Other projects included Phillips 66 and Ericsson.
