• Established the Dadaab Sub-Office; analyzed security environment and developed detailed security protocols.• Developed and managed 13 emergency and early recovery projects valued at $8.7 million annually in the WASH, NFI, Livelihood (livestock voucher), Disaster Risk Reduction and Peacebuilding sectors through funding from USAID, OFDA, UNICEF, Caritas Internationalis, Hilton and the Vista Hermosa foundations.• Negotiated Operating Partner status with UNHCR to work in the Kambioos Refugee Camp in Dadaab.• Designed OFDA funded emergency response for the 2013 Kenya elections and managed CRS programmatic response preparation for deployment across 8 states.• Managed a multi-cultural team comprised of 46 staff members.

Vavuniya, Sri Lanka

• Capacity strengthening and emergency management via secondment within the local Caritas structure, ensuring a high quality of programming and operational compliance during Emergency and Early Recovery periods in post-conflict Northern Sri Lanka.• Designed and implemented IDP food security distribution to over 75,000 beneficiaries in the Menik Farm refugee camp funded through a World Food Program Field Level Agreement.• Designed and implemented the renovation of the Caritas Mannar Prosthetic Center to be compliant with the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics standards using ICRC polypropylene technology.• Designed and implemented the OFDA funded Northern Sri Lanka Early Recovery project in collaboration with consortium members, World Vision and CARE.

• Developed and managed the M&E system for the 2008 Kosi Flood Emergency Response Program.• Collation of data and reporting of CRS Private donors and Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance quarterly progress reports as well as Situation Reports for the 2008 Kosi Flood Emergency Response Program.• Collaborated on the development of the Monitoring & Evaluation strategy for CRS India.

• Analyzed focus group discussion transcripts through computer based qualitative coding methods.• Analyzed patient behaviors in varying stages of dementia through video coding.
