I have over 25 years of experience in company management, and over 9 years of experience in the management consulting and telecom industry.My core competencies include new business development, employee benefits, management professional, analytical skills, team building, sales force management, recruiting, and strategic planning. I also have a passion for coaching and developing soccer players, and I have been a head coach or assistant coach since 2004. Most recently I have worked with three teams for Solar Soccer Club since 2014 and we have been highly successful in graduating a high percentage of our players to the college level. I believe my out-of-the-box and non-traditional thinking allows me to locate new opportunities in existing companies that have gone stale as well as create exciting pathways to success for new companies and new product offerings. I am always looking for new opportunities to create value and impact in my field.
